EvoRouter-4B is a multi-agent routing model built on Qwen3-4B. It plans which models, collaboration modes, skills, and resources to use for each task, then synthesizes the agents' results into a final answer.
The router learns from verified demonstrations, cost-aware reinforcement learning, and on-policy distillation guided by insights extracted from execution trajectories.
Use EvoRouter
Follow the installation and API setup, then download the model and dataset:
python -m evorouter download --model-repo EvoRouter/EvoRouter-4B
python -m evorouter download --data-repo EvoRouter/BudgetBench
python -m evorouter evaluate --methods evorouter --output-dir outputs/evorouter
The model is saved to assets/weights/EvoRouter/. To use another local directory, pass --model-path /path/to/EvoRouter.
