My access request for meta-llama/Llama-3.2-3B-Instruct was rejected, and I am unsure of the reason.

I am a computer science student currently studying natural language processing and large language models. I am taking the Hugging Face Agents Course and would like to use Llama 3.2 3B Instruct for educational and non-commercial research purposes.

I am willing to provide accurate information and comply with the Llama 3.2 Community License and Acceptable Use Policy.
